Conservation Heroes!

We were very chuffed to be recognised by Tongariro Taupō Conservation Board as 'Conservation Heroes' at their November meeting. It was the first time that they had chosen a ‘Conservation Hero’ for the new category that has been added to their agenda. We think this is a great way for them to celebrate local conservation groups and learn more about what they do. It was fantastic to be able to present to them and show them examples of our wide range of mahi, everything from restoration planting, to predator control, to geothermal and native forest guided walks, to freshwater biosecurity education. It's such a lovely feeling to have your hard work recognised and celebrated.
