Focus on Fungi

Fungi photography! Our student leaders had the opportunity earlier this term to explore Opepe, learn all about fascinating fungi, and practice their photography skills with local expert, Robbie Graham. Check out some of the amazing shots that they took below - we have some budding photographers on the team!

Our coordinator Rachel also had a fantastic professional development opportunity learning from fungi expert David Whyte at the Mokaihaha Kōkako Trust fungi ID workshop on the 25th of May. It was fantastic seeing how many fungi are all around us when we really look closely!
