Kia ora koutou to the wonderful educators out there who are keen to connect tamariki to nature and teach through the authentic context of their local environment! Please check out our Online Nature Classroom for great units on a variety of Aotearoa specific conservation topics. All of the nature connectors on our site are designed for tamariki to pick up and run with on their own, or for teachers to use as activities with their students. The ones on this page are those that we feel are particularly helpful for educators. We think all classrooms can benefit from having a nature corner, a wonder wall, and great inquiry learning!
