New Team Member
We are very excited to welcome a new team member this year. Ariana has taken on the role of kairuruku reo Māori for Tūrangi kura and kōhanga reo. She has impressed everyone with her deep connection to te taiao and her awesome teaching skills. We are very proud to have her as part of the Kids Greening Taupō Team. Thanks so much to the Waikato Regional Council Environmental Initiatives Fund for finding this role for two years. We are incredibly grateful to them for making it possible for us to expand to Tūrangi and to employ a kairuruku reo Māori to work in Māori immersion settings.
